***AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide Attachment E Questions and Answers, to increase the page limit of Volume I to 30 pages, and to extend the proposal due date to Wednesday, January 05, 2022 no later than 10:00 AM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. END OF AMENDMENT 0001*** The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps) requires a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), for one or more contractors, to conduct audit support services of Federal grant and grant programs, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates this BPA will be awarded for one (1) twelve-month Base Period and up to four (4), twelve-month Option Periods, which will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This BPA will provide for the issuance of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour or hybrid BPA calls. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside utilizing NAICS 541211 under GSA MAS 541211. The document RFQ1531038 Clauses and Provisions, contains the SOW which describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document also outlines the required documents for submission, as well as outlines the evaluation process. INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS Proposals are due by Tuesday, December 21, 2021, no later than 10:00 AM EST and must follow these instructions: All information required in RFQ1531038 Clauses and Provisions, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your proposal. Completion of Attachment D Pricing Worksheet. Email your complete proposals to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line "Proposal for RFQ1531038 Master Audit BPA, Attn: Poore/Camacho." Any submissions through GSA eBuy will not be considered. Only complete proposals, submitted to the e-mail address above, by the established due date, will be considered. Any packages submitted after the established closing date and time will not be guaranteed consideration.
