The Department of War (DOW), United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Armament Directorate, Attack Division, Penetrator Weapons Branch intends to solicit and award a sole source indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the Massive Ordinance Penetrator (MOP), GBU-57 Weapon System to The Boeing Company, 6200 James S McDonnell Blvd Saint Louis, Missouri 63134-1939, United States under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements (10 USC 2304(a)(1)). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Any capability statement must demonstrate how the source can provide qualified engineering skill and facilities for the GBU-57 without substantial duplication costs. No technical data packages (TDPs) are available. All responses must be received fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of post.

Subcontracting opportunities should be addressed to the Boeing Company at the above address.
