Masi, Carpet Replacement at Federal Hall

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a solicitation for a firm fixed price contract to replace carpeting at the Federal Hall National Memorial. Work Details
The contractor will replace 15,450 square feet of existing carpeting with new carpet tile on the third floor, second floor, first floor, and optionally in the basement. The existing carpeting is uneven in places and has significant staining due to water damage, which raises safety concerns including potential mold issues. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tools, materials, and labor for this project.

The contract performance period is from July 31, 2026, to October 29, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
