Maryland ANG Video Production Services

Background
The Maryland Air National Guard is seeking to procure video production services for the 175th Wing recruiting video project. This project aims to film at Martin State Air National Guard Base and other significant landmarks throughout Maryland to highlight the unique aspects of serving in the Maryland Air National Guard, as well as showcasing the Wing's operational readiness and mission effectiveness.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for creating a cinematic recruiting video that includes:

1. Development of a video script and storyboard upon concept approval.
2. Production of professionally edited drafts leading to final versions.
3. A 2-3 minute video suitable for movie theater presentation, a 60-second version for online sharing, and a 30-second version for broadcast television.
4. Location scouting at key landmarks across Maryland.
5. Provision of Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 60 days.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be Martin State Airport, Baltimore, MD, along with other key landmarks across the state of Maryland.
