Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit pricing for the purpose of procuring products. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a one-time, firm-fixed price, single award, purchase order. This RFQ is being conducted as a total set-aside for small business concerns.

Work Details
The solicitation is for the procurement of small arms ammunition manufacturing products, including specific quantities and delivery locations. The products include 5.56MM FORCE ON FORCE in blue and non-marking variants, as well as 9MM FORCE ON FORCE in blue, non-marking, and red variants. The delivery must be made within 90 days or less after receipt of the purchase order.

Period of Performance
Delivery must be made within 90 days or less after Receipt of Order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The products are to be delivered to various locations across the United States, including Charlotte, Cheverly, El Paso, Newark, Springfield, Albuquerque, Anchorage, Birmingham, Cleveland, Quantico, Honolulu, Jacksonville, Los Angeles, Memphis, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Richmond, Sacramento, San Antonio, San Juan, Tampa, Dallas, Louisville, Kansas City, Phoenix, Seattle and Daytona Beach.
