Market Survey STS Follow-On Requirement   14

Background
This Request for Information (RFI) is seeking information about the capabilities and readiness of qualified contractors interested in providing System Technical Support (STS) services for the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FOV). The Government anticipates awarding a follow-on contract for its FY 24-29 requirements and is using the information received to aid in its acquisition planning efforts. The prospective requirements identified within this survey are expected to be obtained from a source that can meet the requirements without creating substantial duplication of cost.

Work Details
The proposed contract requires a contractor to provide configuration management and engineering support for various STS efforts, including Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Systems Engineering Support (SES), Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL), Logistics Engineering Support (LES), and Contractor Test Support (CTS). The tasks involve programmatic engineering support, system engineering solutions, maintenance of a technologically current environment, logistics engineering support, comprehensive support to Government testing, and more.

The RFI also seeks detailed information about the responding contractors' administrative details, security clearances, cybersecurity experience, cost & software data reporting experience, configuration management experience, quality assurance systems, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level, engineering support capabilities, reliability, availability and maintainability knowledge, program management experience and response format requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the current contract is from 1 Feb 2024 to 31 Jan 2029.
