Solicitation SPE4AX-18-R-0001 may result in one or more Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC). The RFP contains market basket of 18 NSNs, primarily FSC 1560 which are listed in Attachment 1 to this notice. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside solicitation for fully competitive items. The period of performance for the contract will be a 3-year base period with two 1-year option periods, total of possible 5 years.

The items listed may require engineering source approval, First Article Testing, and some are Critical Safety Items. Specific requirements to include Inspection/Acceptance, FOB, and estimated annual quantities, along with the minimum and maximum delivery order quantities will be stated in the solicitation. Evaluation and award will be done on a line by line basis.

All offers that qualify under the terms of the set-aside will be considered. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or around December 27, 2017.
