17 DEC 2019: Final Q&A, including rev 1 clarifying WD numbers, has been posted and as a result Amendment #1 was issued in the attached. PWS Attachments 1a and 1b for Task Orders 1 and 2 respectively have been updated. Those interested & eligible primes, must contact the PCO to receive PWS attachments. Please remember to submit a signed copy of this amendment with your proposal.

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has issued the FINAL solicitation for Maritime Special Operations Forces Support (M-SOFS) services. Offerors are encouraged to review the FINAL solicitation document and all associated attachments.

Interested prime offerors MUST contact the contracting officer to obtain Attachment 1- IDIQ Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1a - TO 1 PWS, and Attachment 1b - TO 2 PWS to the Solicitation. To be considered an interested prime offeror, the company must be an eligible SDVOSB with TS FCL and Secret Safeguarding at time of proposal submission.

This acquisition will be conducted as a SDVOSB set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541990, and the small business size standard is $16.5M. The Government intends to award multiple five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contracts as a result of this solicitation.
