Background
The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSW) operates under the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and is responsible for organizing, training, equipping, and deploying NSW forces. The mission of NSW is to conduct full spectrum operations in the maritime domain to support national objectives.

The Maritime Special Operations Forces Support (MSOFS) 2.0 contract aims to provide highly qualified services that support NSW's day-to-day operations across all mission areas.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which includes:
1. **Logistics Support Services**: Involves logistics management and sustainment activities, requiring knowledge of best practices and DoD concepts, including supply chain management systems.
2. **Equipment Related Services**: Includes field service representatives for equipment modification, installation, and maintenance of various specialized equipment such as Combatant Craft variants, Special Operations Craft-Riverine (SOC-R), Rigid-Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBs), and other tactical vehicles.
3. **Management Support Services**: Encompasses strategic planning assistance, financial management, asset tracking, and support for human capital programs.
4. **Intelligence Related Services**: Providing intelligence support as required by NSW.
5. **Engineering and Technical Services**: Delivering engineering support for various systems and equipment used by NSW.
6. **Administrative Services**: General administrative support necessary for the effective operation of NSW.

Period of Performance
The contract covers a basic ordering period of 5 years with an optional additional 2-year period.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations as specified in individual task orders.
