DLA Mechanicsburg is soliciting a 10-year, multi-award, IDIQ; solicitation SPRMM1-25-R-T001, the Maritime Acquisition Advancement Contract (MAAC).

Previous announcements for this solicitation were made under the previous fiscal year identifier (SPRMM1-24-R-T001).

The Government intends each award to be issued as a five-year base period, plus five 1-year options.

There are five attachments and one exhibit attached to the solicitation document:

Background
The Maritime Acquisition Advancement Contract (MAAC) is being solicited by DLA Mechanicsburg as a 10-year, multi-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The primary customer for this contract will be the U.S. Naval Supply Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS), with the goal of providing broad support to NAVSUP WSS, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Government Agencies. The contract aims to enhance capabilities in various Integrated Weapons Systems categories.

Work Details
The scope of the MAAC includes support across ten Integrated Weapons Systems Team categories:

1) Amphibious,
2) Carrier,
3) Common Electronics,
4) Common Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E),
5) Cruiser-Destroyer (CRUDES),
6) Expeditionary,
7) Level I Special Operations Command (LI/SOC/FBW),
8) Submarine,
9) Submarine Logistics, and
10) Unmanned & Surface Combatants (UM&SC).

The contract encompasses both commercial and non-commercial items and incidental services necessary for supporting the DoD and Federal Agencies. Specific Federal Stock Classes (FSCs) include:
- 2815 Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing
- 2825 Turbine and Turbine Generator Set Unit Manufacturing
- 4310 Measuring, dispensing, and other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing
- 5840 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance Systems
- 5960 Other electric component manufacturing.

The contract will also allow for incidental services to support production CLINs as needed.

Period of Performance
The base ordering period is five years with five one-year unilateral option periods, allowing for a total potential performance period of up to ten years.
