Background
The Marine Rotational Force - Darwin (MRF-D) requires Aeromedical Evacuation (AME) services for personnel during training exercises in the Mount Bundy Training Area, Kangaroo Flats Training Area, and Bradshaw Field Training Area in the Northern Territory of Australia.

This acquisition is essential due to the high-risk nature of live-fire and maneuver exercises and limited organic medical capabilities, ensuring the health and safety of service members.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all aircrew, ground personnel, aircraft, supplies, and ancillary support services to perform ad hoc rotary-wing airlift AME services. Key tasks include:

1) Positioning/Depositioning Aircraft: Deploying and retrograding aircraft, personnel, and equipment to/from specified training areas with a guaranteed minimum of six positioning/depositioning taskings during the contract period.

2) Performing Mission Requirements: Providing dedicated aircraft on standby alert for scheduled training events, with an anticipated total of 1,080 hours (45 days) of standby time. The Contractor must be Fully Mission Capable by April 15, 2026.

Period of Performance
Services will be required from April 15 through October 15, 2026.
