Background
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is sponsoring an Industry Day on 13 October 2022 for the Marine Electromagnetic Ground Family of Systems (MEGFoS). The purpose of this Industry Day is to determine the level of industry interest in Research and Development (R&D) projects that involve future contract opportunities to deliver the initial Dismounted and Mounted MEGFoS variant designs and prototypes. The event will be held at the Marine Corps Base Quantico Officers Club, 3017 Russell Rd, Quantico, VA 22134.

Work Details
MEGFoS will consist of three categories of variants: Team Portable, Dismounted, and Mounted. Each category of systems may consist of one or more sub-variants. The Team Portable system will be capable of providing fixed and remote site operation while providing greater receive and transmit range capability and allowing operators to control the system from remote locations.

The Dismounted system will provide EW capabilities down to the squad and fire team levels, striking a balance between advanced capabilities and minimizing Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) impacts.

The Mounted variant will be integrated into a wide variety of tactical vehicles and vessels, enabling motorized formations and logistics support, rear area security operations, and maritime operations.

The Industry Day is scheduled for Thursday, 13 October 2022.

Place of Performance
The event will be held at the Marine Corps Base Quantico Officers Club, 3017 Russell Rd, Quantico, VA 22134.
