Marine Corps University Wargaming Training and Education Support Services Contract   3

Background
This is a contract to provide education, training, planning, advising, research, and wargame facilitation services across multiple knowledge domains including wargaming, threat capabilities, joint warfighting, multimedia, and information technology services. The Marine Corps University (MCU) has established a Wargaming Directorate inside the Brute Krulak Center for Innovation & Future Warfare to provide wargaming support to all resident and non-resident Professional Military Education (PME) courses run by MCU. This wargame support ranges from extra-curricular wargaming activities to elective wargames, and to capstone wargame events for the various schools. This also includes conducting Faculty Development (FACDEV) and student training on wargame facilitation, wargame design, wargame planning, and on how to play various wargame systems and tools.

Wargame events will vary from Academic Year (AY) to AY and will vary across the schools. MCU also provides occasional direct wargaming assistance to the United States Marine Corps (USMC), joint, or allied operating force staffs to assist them in leveraging wargaming tools in support of unit PME programs and staff planning. The scope of this contract also includes providing direct support to various MCU schools, Training Command (TCOM), and Training and Education Commands (TECOM).

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform education, training, advising, institutionalization support, assessment, and research services across multiple knowledge domains including wargaming, joint warfighting, threat capabilities, and information technology services as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and any task orders issued under it.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this contract is five-years (60 Months).

Place of Performance
For this requirement, place of performance is on the Marine Corps University Campus in Quantico, Virginia.
