THIS IS NOT A NEW SOLICITATION. THIS IS THE SAME REQUEST THAT WAS POSTED ON AUGUST 21, 2023 FOR MCTOG SERVICES. PROPOSALS ARE DUE OCTOBER 10, 2023. THIS IS POSTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING PROSALS IN PIEE. Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group?s (MCTOG?s) role is to optimize the ground combat element?s (GCE?s) preparation for, and performance in, the operational environment from its vantage point between the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) and supporting establishment. It does so by executing MCTOG?s given mission through an enduring vision framework that enables adaptation. MISSION: MCTOG provides advanced individual training to designated operations and intelligence personnel and advanced collective staff training, leads doctrine and training standard development and refinement, and examines emerging concepts and technology to enhance operational readiness and interoperability in support of the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC). Questions are due September 5, 2023 at 0900 (PT) directly to tasha.arestizabal@usmc.mil Proposals are due October 20, 2023 at 1300 (PT) Amendment 0001 to extend proposal due date and changes to Attachments as stated in M6739923R0002 0001 Amendment 0002 to update clause Amendment 0003 to remove C5ISRT as Key personnel and extend solicitation due date to Monday October 23,2023 at 1PM PT.

Background
Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG) provides advanced individual training to designated operations and intelligence personnel, advanced collective staff training, leads doctrine and training standard development and refinement, and examines emerging concepts and technology to enhance operational readiness and interoperability in support of the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC). MCTOG's role is to optimize the ground combat element's preparation for, and performance in, the operational environment from its vantage point between the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) and supporting establishment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide support services to MCTOG and MAGTFTC support to TECOM. The contractor shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of requirement fulfillment. The contractor shall seek to ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all contractor personnel. The contractor shall satisfy the requirements by employing personnel with an appropriate combination of education, skills, experience, and certifications. The contractor shall provide a Contractor’s Progress, Status, and Management Report on a monthly basis.
