Amendment 0003 is posted to include the ability to provide an extract from the National Industrial Security System (NISS) or an executed DDS FL 381-R, Letter of Notification of Facility Security Clearance.

Amendment 0002 is posted to provide responses to questions received.

Amendment 0001 is posted to extend the proposal due date from 0900 PDT 15 June 2020 to 0900 PDT 22 June 2020. The responses to questions received are still working through the required processes. As soon as we receive all of the appropriate concurrences, responses to the questions will be made available. We realize the responses are vital in providing guidance in submitting complete proposals.
