Description

The scope of this effort is to provide program management and planning, lessons learned program support and collections, analysis and report production, and content management and transcription related to the Marine Corps Lessons Learned Program (MCLLP). The Contractor shall provide comprehensive capabilities to support mission accomplishment. Collectively, the Contractor shall provide support services across task areas identified by MCCLL.This is the follow-on procurement of contract M00264-21-C-0005.
Background
The Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL) is issuing this contract to provide comprehensive program management and planning support, as well as lessons learned program support related to the Marine Corps Lessons Learned Program (MCLLP). The goal of this contract is to ensure effective mission accomplishment through the provision of various support services. This solicitation represents a follow-on procurement for contract M00264-21-C-0005.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Submission of Monthly Status Reports by the 10th calendar day of each month, detailing task progress, problems requiring government action, travel costs, personnel turnover, and objectives for the upcoming month.

2. Uploading collection proposals, plans, and debriefs to the MCCLL SharePoint website according to established timelines (60 days prior for proposals, 30 days for plans, and 15 workdays post-collection for debriefs).

3. Submission of after-action reports within 90 calendar days following major operations or training events.

4. Delivery of the first draft of formal lessons learned reports within 30 workdays after collection debriefs.

5. Submission of MCCLL Trend reports every six months as per the Lessons Learned Collection Campaign Plan schedule.

Additional deliverables include a Program Management Plan due within 30 days after award and updated GANTT charts by the tenth calendar day of each month.
