Background
The Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCBCP) is issuing a Base Operations Support Contract (BOSC) to provide essential operational and maintenance services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective functioning of the Eglin Range and US Army Training Ranges (USATR) through comprehensive support services, which include operation and maintenance tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

1. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the Eglin Range, including labor as per the Performance Work Statement.

2. Providing Minimum Team Complement (MTC) labor for test and test support services.

3. Supplying all labor identified in Tier 1 Technical Directives for both Eglin Range and USATR O&M requirements.

4. Acquiring Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) in support of O&M for both Eglin Range and MGTF, as well as USATR, with specific clauses governing property acquisition.

5. Traveling as directed to support O&M requirements for both ranges, with travel costs reimbursed by the government.

6. Managing overtime costs associated with O&M tasks for both ranges, ensuring that charges are only made for actual overtime hours worked during the contract period.
