This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) intent to use other than full and open competition to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to One Network Enterprises Incorporated (ONE Inc.). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, ONE Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action.
