Manufacture/Supply Track Block   2

Background
The Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is issuing this solicitation to procure Track Blocks in support of its manufacturing and supply for the T-161 Track system. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of these components, which are critical for military operations. The agency's mission includes maintaining and supplying military equipment, and this contract aligns with that mission by providing essential parts for the T-161 Track system.

Work Details
The contractor shall manufacture and supply Track Blocks in accordance with P/N: 12496793 Rev A. The estimated quantities required are as follows:

- Line Item 0001: Manufacture and Supply Track Blocks IAW TACOM dwg 12496793 Rev A - Estimated Quantity: 24,000
- Line Item 0002: Provide Certificate of Conformance (CoC) with each delivery to RRAD - Estimated Quantity: NSP.

Delivery shall be FOB destination, with an expected delivery rate of approximately 6,000 track blocks per month starting 45 days after the issued delivery order. The contractor must adhere strictly to the specifications outlined in the TACOM drawing without deviations.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from January 6, 2025, through January 5, 2026.

Place of Performance
The place of performance is at Red River Army Depot located at 100 James Carlow Dr., BLDG 493, Texarkana, TX 75501-5000, United States.
