Description

SUBJECT: Synopsis Waiver

Exception is taken to this requirement solicitation SPRTA1-26-Q-0167 for PR 25-02341 of the synopsis publicizing IAW with FAR 5.202(a)(13), exception:

  1. Is for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
