The U.S. Department of Energy Strategic Petroleum Reserve has a requirement for management and technical support services. It is our intent to fulfill this requirement as a 100% 8(a) Competitive Socio-Economic Set-Aside using the GSA OASIS-SB Pool 1 IDIQ MAC. The NAICS code is 541990, All Other Professional Services.

The Government anticipates issuing the Task Order Request for Proposal to all eligible GSA OASIS-SB 8(a) Pool 1 Contractors by the end of May 2016.
