The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources for all personnel, supervision, tools, and services necessary to perform Management and Mess Hall Attendant services aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). Management and Mess Hall Attendant service locations include MCBH Anderson Hall, and the Flight-Line satellite facility utilized by active-duty military. The services required will be performance-based with measurable outcomes defined in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) that correlate to each task outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a Cost Reimbursable CLIN for ODC. This procurement is solicited as a competitive Small Business set-aside but also permits a State Licensing Authority (SLA) under the Randolph Sheppard Act, which is not a small business concern, to participate in the procurement.
