Managed ISP/Security Services

The Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking to procure Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections, Managed Network Services, and Network Monitoring for 40 locations. The objective of this contract opportunity is to implement reliable and high-speed ISP connections, deliver comprehensive Managed Network Services, establish robust Network Monitoring, and ensure security compliance at each location. The project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2024, with ongoing network monitoring continuing until June 30, 2027.

The scope of work includes conducting site surveys, designing and deploying customized ISP solutions, providing necessary hardware, establishing secure connectivity to the internet, implementing Managed Network Services and network monitoring, configuring firewalls for CIPA compliance, conducting thorough testing of the ISP connections and network services, documenting network configurations, and creating handover documentation. The Department of Juvenile Justice will provide necessary access to the locations and coordinate with local staff while the service provider will be responsible for all aspects of the ISP connections, Managed Network Services, and Network Monitoring. The vendor must also be Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Certified and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2024, encompassing planning, procurement, installation and testing. Training and ongoing network monitoring will continue for the full length of the three-year contract until June 30, 2027. The ISP connections, Managed Network Services, and Network Monitoring will be provided at 40 designated locations.
