This presolicitation notice serves as notification to industry of the upcoming solicitation for the Managed Information Technology Service Enterprise Support procurement, hereafter referred to as MITS.

The MITS requirement will provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services to facilitate the operations and modernization of the combatant command's infrastructure, systems, and applications. The services and capabilities supported by the MITS contract will provide responsive, secure, and timely solutions to USTRANSCOM that meet current and future Information Technology requirements. The MITS contract supports both classified and unclassified programs on multiple networks and security domains. Individual task orders will identify the scope of work required for networks, domains, and security.

The United States Transportation Command Directorate of Acquisition intends to solicit and award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, with firm fixed price and labor hour task orders. The MITS ID/IQ will have a five-year ordering period, beginning on or around 01 December 2022. The Government will utilize the DoD Source Selection procedures to award to the offeror determined to represent the best value to the Government. This requirement will be solicited as full and open utilizing 541513. The anticipated date for release of the solicitation is on or around March 24, 2022.
