Background
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is the research and development agency for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), tasked with maintaining U.S. technological superiority by supporting breakthrough technologies of military interest.
Located in Arlington, Virginia, DARPA's mission requires robust Information Technology (IT) services to foster creativity and innovation in a dynamic operational environment that includes both enterprise-connected and disconnected IT systems.
The Managed Enterprise Network Support Services (MANNUS) contract aims to provide non-personal IT services and product lifecycle support to DARPA's IT Enterprise and technical offices.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of IT services including:
- IT planning, engineering, execution, operations, sustainment, and assessment services.
- Management of IT products and services.
- Development of common operational picture services including enterprise and tactical views.
- Provision of secure voice and video services.
- Ensuring communications resiliency, redundancy, and failover capabilities.
- Offering business operations, data, and research intelligence services.
- Facilitating cross-domain information-sharing services.
- Establishing controlled interface services with mission partner networks.
Specific tasks include advanced Windows and non-Windows systems integration support, application analysis and programming support, emerging technologies research support, cybersecurity governance and compliance support, network operations monitoring through a 24/7 Network Operations Security Center (NOSC), insider threat management, security incident reporting, continuous monitoring of networks for compliance with DOD security requirements, DNS service provision for internal/external name resolution, and maintaining sensitive information safeguards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over an indefinite period as specified in task orders issued under the IDIQ framework.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance is at DARPA facilities in Arlington, Virginia; however, work may also occur at other government partner facilities or commercial cloud service environments.
