Manage Print Services

Background
The Managed Print Services (MPS) contract is issued for Luke Air Force Base (AFB) and its Geographically Separated Units, including Gila Bend Auxiliary Air Field.

The mission of this contract is to provide an operating lease and comprehensive maintenance program for multi-functional devices (MFDs) to enhance printing capabilities while ensuring secure operations and efficient management of print resources.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for leasing approximately 278 MFDs equipped with secure CAC/SIPR authentication, follow-me printing, and rules-based logic.

Additionally, the contractor will provide full-service maintenance, parts, and toners for the leased fleet as well as maintenance and supplies for around 481 government-owned printers.

A full-time on-site technical associate will be assigned to manage CAC enablement, troubleshooting, and supplies management. The contractor must employ technically qualified personnel with relevant experience for the tasks outlined in the statement of work.

Quarterly reports detailing usage, maintenance requirements, service history, and performance evaluations will be required. The contractor must also ensure that all MFDs comply with security standards set by the U.S. Air Force, including HSPD-12 compliance and data encryption protocols.

Period of Performance
The contract has a 12-month Base Period followed by four consecutive 12-month Option Periods, scheduled from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
Luke AFB and Gila Bend Auxiliary Air Field.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements: Set-aside status is '8(A) Competed (8A)'. Contractors must employ technically qualified personnel with relevant experience directly related to the tasks they are assigned.

Personnel work histories may be requested for verification of compliance. All proposed MFDs must undergo security scans prior to operations on the USAF network and comply with specific security features such as HSPD-12 badge swiping technology.
