Man Lift

Background
The Plant Section located at Ensley Engineer Yard is issuing a contract for the purchase of an electric-powered man lift intended for use at the WG Huxtable Pumping Plant.

The goal of this contract is to procure equipment that meets specific operational requirements to enhance efficiency and safety at the facility.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of one JLG MAN LIFT with the following specifications:
- Platform height: 59’3”
- Horizontal outreach: 30’
- Platform/man basket weight capacity: 500 lbs
- Platform rotation: 124 degrees (+62, -62 degrees)
- Platform size: 30” wide and 58” long
- Jib length: 60” with articulation capability of 89 degrees (0, -89 degrees)
- Stabilization: One outrigger stationed at each corner (four total)
- Control system: One-touch controls for outrigger deployment
- Safety features: Load sensing system for occupant safety
- Power system: Bi-powered with a 19.5hp diesel engine and a 72V Lithium-ion battery
- Traction: Deep tread tracks for off-road use.

Additional features include fork pockets, lifting hooks, a flashing amber beacon, grade capability, and a 120VAC receptacle in the platform/man basket. The lift must fit through standard doorways with an overall width of 31”. A full one-year warranty and a five-year major structural warranty are required.

Period of Performance
Delivery is estimated by May 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to WG Huxtable Pumping Plant located at 5825 Lee Road 501, Marianna, Arkansas 72360.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA) requirements. Contractors and subcontractors must adhere to installation security policies and provide necessary information for background checks. All employees must meet personal identity verification requirements as per HQDA and local policy. Additionally, contractors must pre-screen candidates using the E-verify Program.
