Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) FEAD Camp Butler is soliciting proposals for MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM (SCADA) AT MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER, U.S. NAVAL HOSPITAL (USNH) OKINAWA, JAPAN.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform maintenance services on SCADA at U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa (USNHO), Japan.

Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract.

The resulting contract will include a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work items with 12-months base periods and four (4) one-year option periods. The total period of performance is five (5) years.

Background
