Description

The work includes, but is not limited to, the services requiring all labor, supervision,

management, tools, material, equipment and technical support for the following capabilities to

perform quarterly and semi-annual preventive maintenance including inspection, repair and

alignment per manufacturer's instruction on three (3) industrial screw pumps at the Wastewater

Treatment Facility (FC440) Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.

Background
The Government is issuing a solicitation for Maintenance and Repair of Screw Pumps at the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This contract is aimed at ensuring the operational efficiency of the wastewater treatment facility by providing necessary maintenance services. The contract will be a Sole Source set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses, based on market research to identify capable contractors.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, and technical support required to perform quarterly and semi-annual preventive maintenance on three (3) industrial screw pumps located at the Wastewater Treatment Facility (FC440). Tasks include:

1. Conducting inspections as per manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Performing repairs as necessary to ensure optimal pump performance.
3. Aligning pumps according to specified guidelines.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one (1) year with four (4) additional twelve-month option periods, totaling up to 60 months if all options are exercised. There may also be an extension period not exceeding six (6) months under certain conditions.
