Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) System Implementation and Sustainment   2

This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with (IAW) FAR Subpart 5.2. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This pre-solicitation synopsis is to provide notice that solicitation FA8224-19-R-A006 for implementation and sustainment of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system will be issued to Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI).

THIS PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION IS FOR SERVICES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 AND 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii). THIS PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITION. HOWEVER, ALL PROPOSALS SUBMITTED BY RESPONSIBLE, QUALIFIED SOURCES RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE ON THE SOLICITATION WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.
