Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repair services for metal structures with membrane covering.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the longevity and operational readiness of these structures, which are essential for training and operational activities at FLETC.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all necessary services related to preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of all frame-and-membrane type structures at FLETC.

Specific tasks include:
1. Semi-annual preventative maintenance as per paragraph 5.1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Yearly cleaning as per paragraph 5.2 of the PWS.
3. Service calls with minor repairs not exceeding $2,000 as per paragraph 5.3.1 of the PWS.
4. Minor repairs as per paragraph 5.3.2 of the PWS, with task orders issued for major repairs found during maintenance and cleaning.
5. Major repairs as per paragraph 5.3.3 of the PWS, also requiring task orders for execution.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base year from September 25, 2025, to August 31, 2026, followed by four option years extending through August 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers located at 1131 Chapel Crossing Road, Glynco, GA 31524.
