The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Maintenance services on Fire Pump and Fire Sprinkler System at the US Consulate General Frankfurt, as per attached solicitation documents.

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt is inviting proposals for maintenance services on the fire pump and fire sprinkler system at the US Consulate General Frankfurt. The contract aims to ensure the operational integrity and compliance of fire protection systems at the consulate, which is critical for safety and regulatory adherence.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance services for the fire pump and fire sprinkler system located at the US Consulate Office Building and Joachim-Becher-Str. 19 in Frankfurt, Germany. This includes:
1. Performing preventive maintenance services in accordance with NFPA standards (NFPA 25, NFPA 13, NFPA 72, NFPA 20).
2. Conducting inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems, including flow tests at designated test points/valves.
3. Ensuring the restoration of full monitoring functions at the fire detection/alarm panel.
4. Providing all necessary tools, spare parts, and gaskets to perform required work.
5. Managing debris removal and ensuring a clean worksite post-maintenance activities.
6. Maintaining records of all work performed and obtaining necessary certifications from the Point of Contact (POC) at post.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a five-year period consisting of one base year followed by four option years.

All services will be performed at the US Consulate General located at Giessener Strasse 30, 60435 Frankfurt, Germany, and Joachim Becher Strasse 19, 60320 Frankfurt.
