Maintenance Of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) Request For Proposal (RFP) number has changed from FA8823-18-R-0004 to FA8823-19-R-0005.
The purpose of this announcement is to update the projected release of the RFP, notify potential offerors of a meeting to be held on 23 January 2019 for GBOSS, and allow an opportunity for potential offerors to request a one-on-one. Please see attachments for details.
***Response due date and time for interest in attending the meeting on 23 January 2019 is 0800 MST 18 January. Once the Government is notified of an offerors interest the Government will send visitor instructions and security details. Paperwork must be submitted to security by 1700 MST on 18 January 2019. Due to limited space the meeting will only be open to two attendees per company.***

Background
The Maintenance Of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) Request For Proposal (RFP) number has changed from FA8823-18-R-0004 to FA8823-19-R-0005. The purpose of this announcement is to update the projected release of the RFP, notify potential offerors of a meeting to be held on 23 January 2019 for GBOSS, and allow an opportunity for potential offerors to request a one-on-one. The meeting will be classified and attendance will be restricted to Offerors intending to bid as a prime and their teammates. Primes should notify the MOSSAIC program office of their intent to attend via the MOSSAIC inbox. One-on-ones will be offered on a first come, first serve basis the same day in the afternoon. Qualified small businesses are encouraged to participate.

Work Details
The Space Situational Awareness Program Office is accepting one-on-one meeting requests to be held on 23 January 2019 within the timeframes listed above at Peterson AFB, CO.

The purpose of the one-on-one meetings is to give potential prime offerors an opportunity to ask questions specific to the upcoming MOSSAIC Acquisition. Each one-on-one meeting will be scheduled for one hour. The one-on-ones will be held on Peterson AFB, specific location To Be Determined (TBD). The one-on-one meetings are open only to companies intending to respond to the MOSSAIC solicitation as prime contractors. Meetings will be scheduled on a first come first served basis with a limit of 10 people per company, to include any subcontractor personnel attending.
