Maintenance of Pre Positioned Training Fleet (PTF)   3

Background
This contract is issued by the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) to provide maintenance services for the Pre-Positioned Training Fleet (PTF) equipment set. The goal of this contract is to support U.S. Title X and coalition forces primarily at Hohenfels and Grafenwoehr, Germany, ensuring operational readiness through effective maintenance and logistical support. The contractor will be responsible for all planning, programming, administration, management, and execution of fleet maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all necessary tasks to maintain the PTF equipment set, which includes up to 310 tactical vehicles, 140 non-tactical vehicles (including buses, forklifts, military trailers), portable heaters, generators, lawn mowers, chainsaws, and floodlight sets. Responsibilities include:
1. Conducting field maintenance and administrative support for the PTF equipment.
2. Performing material requisitioning for various classes of supplies.
3. Implementing quality control measures and maintaining financial control as per government specifications.
4. Maintaining accurate records in compliance with U.S., German, and local regulations as well as Army standards.
5. Compiling historical data and preparing reports as specified in the Deliverable List of the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a maximum period of performance not exceeding one year, with task orders capturing actual performance periods as issued.

Place of Performance
The primary locations for performance are Hohenfels and Grafenwoehr in Germany.
