Maintenance of Family Housing Quarters, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community - Tower Barracks   2

1. The contract is for Maintenance of Government Quarters within USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community which includes cleaning work, repair and interior painting work, repair and replacement of floors, and Mold Removal.

2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount of 50,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of 15,000,000.00.

3. Contract period: 01 April 2021 - 31 March 2026.

4. Twenty (20) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor.

5. The solicitation will be issued on this web site on or about 5 May 2020 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately 05 June 2020, 1400 local time. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments.

6. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria.
