Background
The United States Army Garrison (USAG) Humphreys is seeking a contractor to provide operation and maintenance of facility-related automation systems. This non-personal services contract aims to ensure efficient operation of these systems, which include high voltage electricity, sewer lift stations, water plants, and access control points across the installation. The contract supports the mission of USAG Humphreys, located in Pyeongtaek city, Gyeonggi Province, Korea, covering approximately 3,370 acres and 954 buildings.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:

1. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance as per paragraph 9.1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibits 1 & 2 for a duration of 9 months.

2. Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO): Respond to demand maintenance orders and minor repairs in accordance with paragraph 9.2 of the PWS for a duration of 9 months.

3. Unscheduled Maintenance: Perform unscheduled maintenance as needed based on task orders according to paragraph 9.4 of the PWS.

4. Labor Requirements: Provide labor for engineers, technicians, and common laborers as specified in various sub-CLINs with fully burdened rates.

5. BOCC Operation: Manage Base Operations and Control Center (BOCC) operations as per paragraph 9.3 for a duration of 12 months under multiple option years.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a phase-in period starting from December 1, 2025, lasting three months until February 28, 2026. The base period will commence on March 1, 2026, and continue until November 30, 2026. Following this, there are four option years extending from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at USAG Humphreys located in Pyeongtaek city, Gyeonggi Province, Korea.
