The purpose of this amendment is to:

a. add Attachement 4 - Site Visit Invitation to the Solicitation

b. all other terms and condition of the Solicitation remain the same.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (FFP/LH/T&M), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the Maintenance, Inspection and Repair of Emergency Power Supply Systems (UPS and GEN) at USAG Bavaria Garmisch, Germany.

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria - Garmisch, Germany.

The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 September 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Periods with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).

Background
The 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) is issuing a solicitation for a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (Firm Fixed Price/Labor Hour/Time and Materials), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract.

The goal of this contract is to provide Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair services for Emergency Power Supply Systems (Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Diesel Power Generator Systems (GEN)) at the USAG Bavaria Military Community in Garmisch, Germany. The contract aims to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of these critical power systems.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Preventive Maintenance and Replacement of Batteries for UPS systems categorized A, B, C, and D according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibits.
2. Replacement of various batteries for UPS systems categorized 1-8, including inventory management and labeling.
3. Monthly maintenance of Generator Systems covering all system components as per PWS - Attachment 1 CLS Para 5.5.2.
4. Annual maintenance of Generator Systems at USAG Bavaria as per PWS - Attachment 1 CLS Para 5.7.
5. Routine Repair Service labor hours for UPS and GEN Systems in accordance with PWS requirements.
6. Emergency Repair Service labor hours for troubleshooting UPS and GEN Systems as outlined in the PWS.
7. Provision of repair parts necessary for UPS and GEN systems maintenance and repair activities.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance is expected to start on September 1, 2025, with a one-year Base Period followed by four one-year Option Periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at USAG Bavaria – Garmisch, Germany.
