Related work is defined as temporary work and relevant work which is required to accomplish this project. This work does not include unforeseen site conditions.

The contract is issued by the U.S. Navy for maintenance dredging at Commander Fleet Activities, Sasebo (CFAS), Japan. The primary goal of this contract is to ensure safe navigation for Naval Ships and Tankers at designated wharfs and piers by performing necessary dredging works.

Work Details
The contractor will perform survey and dredging works at Maebata Wharf 838 and Hario Shima Ammunition Pier 984 and Wharf 3054. Tasks include:
- Grab dredging work during regular hours only at Maebata and Hario Shima.
- Transportation of excavated sediment materials to an uncontrolled disposal site.
- Dewatering, treatment, and disposal of excavated materials (sand, mud, etc.) as per the requirements of the disposal site.
