Background
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W) is seeking qualified sources to provide maintenance, calibration, testing, and recharging services for portable fire extinguishers at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Guam.

Work Details

5. Provide documentation of all services within two days upon request from the agency.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the U.S. Naval Hospital in Guam, including Building 50, Building 1792 at Apra Harbor Medical and Dental Branch Clinic, Building 61 at Training Center USNH Guam, and other specified facilities.
