Maintenance Business System Modernization (MABSM) Implementation & Sustainment Support

THIS PRE-AWARD SYNOPSIS IS A NOTIFICATION OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO MODIFY AN EXISITNG IDIQ CONTRACT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

This is a synopsis in accordance with (IAW) FAR Subpart 5.2. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This synopsis is to provide notice of the intention to modify contract FA822419DA003 to increase the ceiling from $54M to $89M. The period of performance and scope of the contract will remain as is (10 Jul 2019-09 July 2026). The current contract is sole source to System Implementers, Inc. cage code 1FNW9. No solicitation will be requested in conjunction with this synopsis.

The current contract provides on-site project management, analytical, sustainment, and technical services for the Maintenance Business System Modernization (MABSM), comprised of Impresa and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) applications within the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) to include, but not limited to, 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG), 309th Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG), 309th Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG), 309th Missile Maintenance Group (MMXG), 309th Maintenance Support Group (MXSG), 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), and Geographically Separated Units (GSUs).

Responses to this synopsis will be considred prior to modification of the contract.
