Maintenance and Warehousing of War Reserve Materiel and In-use Assets at MOBs and COBS, Republic of Korea

Background
The United States Air Force is seeking information from potential vendors capable of performing maintenance and warehousing of War Reserve Materiel (WRM) and In-Use Assets at various air bases in the Republic of Korea.

This requirement is part of a broader mission to ensure operational readiness and support for military operations. The contract aims to provide comprehensive management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for maintaining WRM and in-use assets across multiple locations including Osan Air Base, Kunsan AB, Daegu AB, Gimhae AB, Suwon AB, Cheongju AB, and Gwangju AB.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance servicing of WRM and in-use assets.
- Troubleshooting, repair, and reconstitution of assets.
- Vehicle maintenance and cargo processing functions including packaging and preservation.
- Conducting monthly walkthrough inspections of support equipment and providing detailed reports on findings.
- Following procedures outlined in DAFMAN 23-300 for all equipment management.

Performance objectives include:
1. 100% availability of a contractor representative who speaks English during duty hours.
2. Maintenance with no more than 10% defects per month for scheduled tasks.
3. Unscheduled maintenance with no more than 15% defects per month.
4. Service inspections limited to 2 defects per month.

Period of Performance
The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at.

Place of Performance
Various air bases across the Republic of Korea including Osan AB, Kunsan AB, Daegu AB, Gimhae AB, Suwon AB, Cheongju AB, and Gwangju AB.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be legally authorized to conduct business in the Republic of Korea. The prime contractor must have at least two years of experience providing logistics support and maintenance for similar types of equipment as outlined in the SOW.
