Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic Division is issuing this solicitation for the Maintenance and Repair Services of Regional Class III Training Support Equipment. The contract aims to support the operational readiness of training equipment at Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, VA, and Naval Station Norfolk, VA, as well as other areas of responsibility (AOR).

The goal is to ensure that all training support equipment is maintained and repaired efficiently to meet the needs of the Navy.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and other items necessary to perform maintenance and repair services on Regional Class III Training Support Equipment. This includes both recurring and non-recurring work tasks as outlined in the solicitation.

Specific tasks include:
1. Recurring Work: Regular maintenance services that are scheduled periodically to ensure equipment functionality.
2. Non-Recurring Work: Unscheduled repairs or maintenance that may arise due to equipment failure or other unforeseen issues.
3. The contractor must comply with performance-based specifications detailed in Annexes 1, 2, and 15 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4. Monthly reporting on work performed by Contract Line Items (CLINs) and Sub-Line Items (SLINs) is required.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year with options for up to four additional years. Each option year will include both recurring and non-recurring work tasks.

Place of Performance
The primary locations for performance are Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, VA, and Naval Station Norfolk in Norfolk, VA.
