Background
This acquisition is for Facility Investment Services to include perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition and minor construction on the Trackage (Railroad and Crane, Preventative Maintenance) and Roads & Paved Surfaces at the Naval Weapon Station (NWS) Earle, Colts Neck, New Jersey and Other Areas of Responsibility (AOR). The contracting agency is the Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Mid-Atlantic Division. The contract aims to provide maintenance and repair services for railroad trackage at the Naval Weapon Station (NWS) Earle, Colts Neck, New Jersey and Other Areas of Responsibility (AOR).

Work Details
The contract includes maintenance and repair services for railroad trackage at the Naval Weapon Station (NWS) Earle, Colts Neck, New Jersey and Other Areas of Responsibility (AOR).

The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with Recurring and Non-Recurring Services. It is a Facilities Support type of contract with a minimum guarantee for the recurring price portion of the base year. The contract contains provisions for a Base Period with four Option Periods, not to exceed a total of sixty months. The period of performance will be determined at the time of award. Proposers are required to submit a lump sum price for Section B Contract Line Items (CLINs) 0001 through 0010 and unit prices for Exhibit A through Exhibit E.
