Maintenance and Repair of Fire Control Center (USAG Bavaria)   2

Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria (USAG Bavaria) with the goal of providing maintenance and repair services for Fire Control Centers across various locations including Tower Barracks, Grafenwoehr, Rose Barracks, Vilseck, and Hohenfels Training Area.

The mission of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and safety of fire control systems through routine and emergency maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:
1. Maintenance and Repair of Fire Control Centers, including both routine and emergency services.
2. Provide a monthly status overview report to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) detailing repair orders from Priority 1 to Priority 3.
3. Develop and submit a Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP) within 30 business days after contract award, which must be approved by DPW/Garrison Fire Department management.
4. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance within specified time frames: 5 business days for monthly PMs, 14 business days for quarterly PMs, and 30 business days for semi-annual and annual PMs.
5. Maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that includes inspection systems to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
6. Ensure all materials and parts required for maintenance are provided by the contractor, with costs included in contract CLINs.
7. Maintain an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Library containing all protocols and manuals relevant to the facilities and equipment serviced under this contract.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations within USAG Bavaria, specifically Tower Barracks in Grafenwoehr, Rose Barracks in Vilseck, and Hohenfels Training Area.
