Maintenance and Repair of Euro-Diesel Die-sel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) at USAG Humphreys

Background
This contract is issued by the U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Humphreys for the maintenance and repair of Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) systems manufactured by Euro-Diesel Co. Ltd, which is currently a Rolls-Royce solution.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the reliable operation of DRUPS systems that protect critical communication loads from power disturbances, thereby supporting the mission of the U.S. Army.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and any other resources necessary for operation and maintenance of DRUPS at the Communication Center.

Key tasks include:
1. Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on six (6) DRUPS and components such as diesel engines and kinetic energy storage systems to prevent failures.
2. Conducting regular visual inspections, testing quick-start functions of diesel engines, checking oil and coolant levels, lubricating bearings, and cleaning components to prevent overheating.
3. Establishing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with contract requirements, including maintaining files of all inspections or tests conducted.
4. Developing a customer feedback program as part of the QCP to monitor performance standards.

The contract will be performed at USAG Humphreys.
