MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF COMMISSARY REFRIGERATION AND HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR-CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEMS FOR THE WESTERN/PACIFIC REGION- KOREA ZONE OF THE DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY (DeCA)

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District (USACE, FED) is soliciting a 5-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the Commissary Refrigeration and Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems for The Western/Pacific Region-Korea Zone of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). The offerors are required to submit their proposals in a digital format (Adobe PDF or Microsoft Office) by 03:00 PM (Korea Standard Time) on 11 October 2023. The contract specialist is Sonya Sharp and the contracting officer is Mr. Zane Rohwedder.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, management, materials, equipment, transportation, and other related services necessary to complete work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 26 April 2023. The tasks include Base Period- HVAC M&S, Base Period - Refrigeration M&S, Reimbursable Parts, Option Periods for HVAC M&S and Refrigeration M&S. Additionally, there are specific requirements for Technical Factor 1: Emergency Service Call Plan, Technical Factor 2: Work Experience, and Technical Factor 3: Past Performance.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of twelve months and four option periods of twelve months each.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include CAMP CARROLL, CAMP WALKER, CAMP CASEY, CAMP HUMPHREYS & CDC, OSAN & OSAN CDC, GHINHAE, KUNSAN AB, and K-16 in South Korea.
