Main Treasury Soffit Painting

Background
The US Department of Treasury is issuing this request for quote (RFQ) for the Main Treasury Paint Soffit with Epoxy Gray. The goal of the contract is to complete painting tasks on the soffit of the Main Treasury Building, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with specified standards.

This is a small business set-aside contract aimed at promoting participation from small businesses in federal contracting.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, management, supplies, and any other items necessary to complete the following tasks:
1. Main Treasury Soffit East Side: Prep, prime, and apply epoxy on approximately 424 lineal feet.
2. Main Treasury Soffit West Side:
a. Prep, prime, and apply epoxy on approximately 212 lineal feet.
b. Scrap and remove existing paint on another approximately 212 lineal feet (totaling 636 square feet), then apply primer and epoxy.
3. Main Treasury Soffit South Side:
a. Remove existing paint on approximately 135 lineal feet (totaling 405 square feet), then apply primer and epoxy.
b. Prep and apply primer and epoxy on another 135 lineal feet.
4. Additional work on the South side soffit (approximately 320 lineal feet) to prep, prime, and apply epoxy.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this requirement is one year after the Date of Award.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
- Must furnish any required performance and payment bonds.
- All workers must be US Citizens.
- Compliance with the attached US Department of Labor Wage Determination: General Decision Number: 2015-4281 dated August 22, 2026.
