The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) is seeking proposals from sources capable of providing Mail and Distrobution Services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

This is a 100% 8(a) Set-Aside IAW included AMS Clause 3.6.1-8 NOTIFICATION OF COMPETITION LIMITED TO ELIGIBLE 8(A) CERTIFIED SDB CONCERNS (JAN 2022)

Please read the attached Solicitation in it's entirety and all other Attachments. Follow the instructions outlined in Sections L & M for submitting a responsive proposal. Please include the solicitation number 6974GH-23-R-00015 in the subject line of all email correspondence as indicated in Section L of the SIR

Submit questions NLT 3:30 PM, Central Time, Dec 23, 2022. This will allow for answers to be posted before the closing date of the Announcement. No phone calls. Email questions to Andre.Casiano at andre.casiano@faa.gov.

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) is seeking proposals from sources capable of providing Mail and Distribution Services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment, training, supplies, and other items necessary to provide the services set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include:
- USPS - United States Postal Mail Pick Up and Delivery
- Urgent Mail Incoming-Receiving and Delivery
- Enterprise Service Center (ESC) Tasks
- Academy Student Box Pick-Up and Processing
- CAMI Medical Forms Processing and Distribution
- AJW Bulk Issuance Tech Ops Manuals Series Storage
- Key Personnel
- Over and Above services.
The period of performance is from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2028 with option years available for subsequent periods.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2028 with option years available for subsequent periods.

Place of Performance
The principal place of performance shall be at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center located at 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK 73169.
