Description

The scope of work (SOW) for this project is to perform maintenance and repairs to five (5) of the six (6) magnetic bearing chillers on Boca Chica, Trumbo Point, and Truman Annex. Chiller #1 on Boca Chica requires replacement of the 10' pipe in the heat exchange loop and filter capacitors, Chiller #2 on Boca Chica requires the filter capacitors to be replaced. Chiller #1 on Trumbo Point requires two (2) tubes in the condenser section to be plugged. Chiller #1 on Truman Annex requires an enhanced cleaning of the VSD coolant loop and for the condenser head to be epoxied. Chiller #2 on Truman Annex requires the condenser head to be epoxied. The period of performance will be 120 calendar days from award.
