MAFR Well Repair

Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron (SOCONS), is issuing this re-solicitation for the MAFR Well Repair contract. The mission of the agency involves maintaining operational readiness and ensuring the functionality of essential infrastructure, such as water wells, at military installations.

The goal of this contract is to repair Water Well #3502 located at Melrose Air Force Range in New Mexico.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the repair of Water Well #3502. This includes tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) which details specific requirements and expectations for the repair work. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable provisions and clauses as well as adhere to wage determinations and environmental guidelines provided in the attachments.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence in February 2025 and will continue for a duration specified in the Performance Work Statement.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Melrose Air Force Range, New Mexico.
